Recognition notes
The Panther PNT-12K is a 35-ton brawler, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65 km/h with a jump range of 120 meters, the same mobility figures as the 2739 PNT-8Z it reworks as a 3079 field refit. In place of the PNT-8Z's Large Laser in the right arm, the PNT-12K carries an ER PPC there, and in place of the center torso's SRM 4 it fields an MRM 10 in the left torso, now backed by CASE. Endo steel internal structure replaces the PNT-8Z's standard structure, and 12 double heat sinks replace its 14 single sinks. It is assembled as a field refit at various sites rather than at one dedicated plant.
