The Lightning LTN-G15 is a 50-ton fighter flown as a dogfighter. Where the LTN-G14 mounts an Autocannon/10 in the nose, this variant carries an Autocannon/20 in the nose alongside a Medium Laser. A Medium Laser fires from the right wing and another from the left wing, with a further Medium Laser covering the aft arc, matching the LTN-G14's wing and aft armament. The hull carries standard armor in place of the LTN-G14's primitive fighter plate, with thirteen single heat sinks. Tengo Aerospace builds the type at Sarna, among other manufacturers and factories.
