Recognition Notes
The Crusader CRD-5M is a 65-ton skirmisher built on a 260 XL fusion engine, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out at 65, with a jump capability of 120 metres. Each arm carries an LRM 15 and a medium laser, and the right arm also carries a flamer and a machine gun. A Streak SRM 2 sits in each leg, an unusual placement for missile weapons, and an anti-missile system rides in the head. CASE lines both the left torso and the right torso, guarding against the standard armor's limits. The frame is built rugged and field-serviceable, easily maintained in the field, and Kallon Industries produces it at its Asuncion works among other sites.
