Recognition notes
The CHP-2N is a 2810 field refit of the 2602 CHP-1N, a 60-ton skirmisher cruising at 54 km/h and topping out at 86. In place of the LB 10-X AC the right torso carries a standard AC/10, and the left torso's SRM 6 and paired medium lasers no longer draw on an Artemis IV fire-control system. Standard armor replaces the base model's ferro-fibrous plating, and the twin small lasers remain in the center torso. The design keeps its armless configuration, and Field Refit produces the conversion at various sites rather than a single dedicated plant.
