Champion CHP-1Nb

The Champion CHP-1Nb is a 2751 rebuild of the 2602 CHP-1N, moving the chassis from a skirmisher into a 60-ton sniper that fights at long range. In place of the original's SRM 6, twin medium lasers, LB 10-X autocannon, and paired small lasers, this configuration mounts an ER PPC in the left torso and a Gauss rifle in the right torso, with the Artemis IV fire-control system dropped from the loadout. Endo steel internal structure replaces the CHP-1N's standard framework, and the heat sinks are upgraded from single to double type, while cruising speed holds at 54 km/h and top speed at 86 km/h. The armless configuration carries over from the original, and Bergan Industries builds the type at New Earth.
