Axman AXM-6X

The Axman AXM-6X rebuilds the chassis as a 65-ton missile boat fighting at long range, where the 3048 AXM-1N fought as a skirmisher at closer range. The hatchet, AC/20, and large pulse laser give way to a Thunderbolt 15 in each torso, and four ER medium lasers take the place of the arm-mounted medium lasers, two in each leg. A 325 Clan XL fusion engine replaces the 260 XL unit, lifting cruising speed from 43 to 54 km/h and top speed from 65 to 86, and a supercharger pushes sprint speed to 108 km/h when engaged. Inner Sphere CASE lines both torsos, where the AXM-1N carried it only in the left, standard armor replaces the ferro-fibrous plating, and the jump jets are gone.
