Whitworth WTH-1

The Whitworth WTH-1 is a 40-ton missile boat that fights at long range, a 2689 reworking of the 2610 WTH-1S skirmisher, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65 with a 120-metre jump capability. In place of the SRM 6 racks in the left and right torso, it carries an LRM 10 in each location, shifting the design's punch from close-in salvos to standoff fire. The medium lasers in the left arm, right arm, and head carry over from the WTH-1S, and the heat-sink count drops from 14 to 10 single sinks. It keeps the rugged, field-serviceable frame of the original, and is built by Whitworth Company at Dieron, with Marian Arms Incorporated producing it at Alphard as well.
