Recognition Notes
The WHM-9S is a 3067 rebuild of the 2515 original, a 70-ton brawler cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the WHM-6R mounted twin PPCs, this variant carries ER PPC weapons in the left arm and right arm, and the SRM 6 in the right torso becomes a Streak SRM 6. The medium lasers, small lasers, and machine guns scattered across both torsos on the original are replaced by a pair of ER Medium Lasers in the center torso. A 280 light fusion engine and 20 double heat sinks replace the base model's 280 fusion engine and 18 single heat sinks, and CASE now lines the right torso. The type keeps its reputation as a stable firing platform on a rugged, field-serviceable frame, with a fixed searchlight mounted forward. StarCorps Industries builds it among other manufacturers, with production at Baltazar III, Enders Cluster, Son Hoa, and Terra.
