Recognition notes
The Warhammer WHM-8D2 is a 70-ton heavy brawler, a 3087 rework of the 2515 WHM-6R, built around a 280 fusion engine that cruises at 43 km/h and tops out near 65. In place of the base model's twin PPCs, it mounts an ER PPC in each arm, and the SRM 6 in the right torso gives way to a Thunderbolt 5. The medium lasers and small lasers in both torsos become ER medium lasers and ER small lasers, and the machine guns mounted alongside them are dropped. CASE lines the right torso and a boosted C3 slave unit sits in the center torso. Endo steel structure stands in for the WHM-6R's standard frame, and 17 double heat sinks replace its 18 single sinks. It carries a fixed searchlight and a rugged, field-serviceable frame among its recognition features, and StarCorps Industries builds it at Crofton.
