Warhammer IIC 9

The Warhammer IIC 9 is an 80-ton assault, built for skirmishing where the 2829 original fought as a brawler. In place of the twin ER PPCs, it carries a Rotary AC/5 in each arm, and where the original mounted a Medium Pulse Laser in each torso and the head, the 9 fields an ER Medium Laser and an ER Small Laser in each of the left and right torsos, with no weapon in the head. An LRM 10 replaces the right torso's SRM 6. A 400 XXL fusion engine replaces the 320 fusion engine, raising cruising speed from 43 to 54 km/h and top speed from 65 to 86 km/h, though the heat-sink count falls from 20 to 16 double. It carries a fixed searchlight and stands as a stable firing platform, and Trellshire Heavy Industries builds it at Twycross.
