Recognition Notes
The OTL-5M is a 60-ton skirmisher, a 3050 rebuild of the 2694 OTL-4D, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86. Where the OTL-4D mounts a Large Laser and Medium Laser in each side torso, the OTL-5M carries a Large Pulse Laser and Medium Pulse Laser in the Left Torso and the same pairing in the Right Torso, with an Anti-Missile System added to the Right Torso. The twin rear-facing medium lasers become rear-facing Medium Pulse Lasers in the Center Torso. A lighter 300 XL fusion engine replaces the standard fusion plant, and 16 double heat sinks replace the OTL-4D's 16 single. The type keeps its low, hard-to-target silhouette, and Kong Interstellar builds it at Connaught.
