Recognition notes
The OTL-4F is a 60-ton skirmisher that fights at long range, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86. This field refit strips out the OTL-4D's paired large lasers and medium lasers in each torso along with the rear-facing medium laser pair, leaving a single PPC in the left torso and a single PPC in the right torso. The 300 fusion engine, 16 single heat sinks, and standard armor carry over unchanged from the 2694 original, and the type keeps its low, hard-to-target silhouette. As a field refit it carries no fixed manufacturer, assembled at various sites rather than a dedicated factory line.
