Osteon A

The Osteon A is an 85-ton juggernaut that closes to short range on a 255 XL fusion engine, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out at 54. Where the Prime configuration mounts four Improved ATM 9 launchers across both arms and both torsos, this configuration replaces them with a mixed close-range battery: an Improved Heavy Medium Laser in each arm, a 'Mech Mortar 8 in each torso, an ER Large Laser in the left torso, and a Medium Pulse Laser in the right torso. The heat-sink count rises from 10 to 14 double sinks to cope with the denser energy loadout. Both configurations share the same ferro-lamellor armor and Inner Sphere reinforced structure.
