The Mad Cat (Timber Wolf) U is a 75-ton heavy that fights at long range, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86. Where the Prime configuration carries an ER Medium Laser in each arm, this configuration pairs its ER Large Laser with an ER Micro Laser instead. In place of the LRM 20 and machine guns mounted in the Prime's torsos, it fields an LRT 15 in each torso, each backed by an Artemis IV fire-control system and an underwater maneuvering unit, and a HarJel system sits in the left torso, right torso, and center torso alike. It runs 16 double heat sinks, one fewer than the Prime configuration, and shares the fragile head marking the chassis. Wolf Clan Site #2 builds it at Strana Mechty in the Wolf Enclave.
