Imp C

The Imp C is a 100-ton assault built as a 2863 Clan-tech rebuild of the 2793 IMP-1A, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out near 54. It carries the same weapons array as the original — a Medium Pulse Laser in the Left Arm, an LRM 20 in the Right Arm, an ER PPC and a Medium Pulse Laser in each of the Left Torso and Right Torso, and a Medium Pulse Laser in the Center Torso — but drops the Head-mounted Small Laser entirely. The heat-sink count rises from 18 double to 25 double, and the tech base shifts from Inner Sphere to Clan. It remains a command 'Mech and a maintenance-intensive design, and while GM Blackwell builds it at Outreach, many examples come from field refits rather than a factory line.
