Recognition notes
The Hunchback HBK-5SG is a 50-ton brawler, a 3068 rework of the 2572 HBK-4G, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the HBK-4G's right torso housed an AC/20, this variant carries a Gauss rifle in the same location, and medium pulse lasers replace the medium lasers in each arm; the head-mounted small laser is absent. A Guardian ECM suite sits in the center torso, and stealth armor over an endo steel structure replaces the older machine's standard plating, backed by a lighter 200 light fusion engine and ten double heat sinks in place of the HBK-4G's thirteen single sinks. Both arms still carry their reinforced battle fists. Norse-Storm BattleMechs builds the type at Yed Posterior.
