Fafnir FNR-5WB

The Fafnir FNR-5WB is a 100-ton assault fielded alongside the FNR-5 configuration, built for close-in juggernaut work. Where the base configuration mounts a Heavy Gauss Rifle in each torso, this configuration carries a pair of Plasma Rifles in the Left Torso and a pair of Plasma Rifles in the Right Torso, with an ER Medium Laser in each arm as on the base loadout. It carries a standard internal structure in place of the base's endo steel, and 22 double heat sinks where the FNR-5 fields 10. The Head lacks the Medium Pulse Laser, and in the Center Torso a C3i computer sits where the base configuration carries a Guardian ECM suite, with no CASE installations in either torso. Both configurations share the same minimal, weapon-pod arms without hands, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out at 54. Defiance Industries builds it at Hesperus II.
