Fafnir FNR-5B

The Fafnir FNR-5B is a 100-ton juggernaut, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out at 54, the same plodding pace as the base configuration. Where the FNR-5 mounts a single ER Medium Laser in each arm, this configuration carries two ER Medium Lasers in the Left Arm alongside an ER Large Laser and a third ER Medium Laser in the Right Arm. In place of the base configuration's Heavy Gauss Rifles, it fields a Gauss Rifle in each of the Left Torso and Right Torso, both still backed by CASE. The Medium Pulse Laser in the Head and the Guardian ECM suite in the Center Torso carry over, and the heat-sink count climbs to 14 double units. Both arms remain minimal weapon pods without hands, and Defiance Industries builds the type at Hesperus II.
