Cicada CDA-3P

The CDA-3P rebuilds the Cicada as a 40-ton striker fighting at stand-off range, a shift from the CDA-2A's scouting role. Where the CDA-2A mounted a pair of medium lasers and a small laser off a 320 fusion engine, the CDA-3P carries a Heavy PPC in the left torso alongside four ER medium lasers split between the left torso, right torso, and a pair in the center torso, running on a lighter 280 XL fusion engine. Cruising speed falls from 86 to 76 km/h and top speed from 130 to 119 km/h, and the heat-sink count of 10 shifts from single to double sinks. The armless configuration carries over from the CDA-2A, and Gibson Federated BattleMechs builds it at Gibson alongside Westover BattleMechs' line at Westover.
