Recognition Notes
The CN9-Da rebuilds the Centurion into a 50-ton skirmisher, a 3065 refit of the 2801 CN9-A. Where the original ran a 200 fusion engine at 43 km/h cruising and 65 km/h flat out, this configuration fits a 300 XL fusion engine that raises cruising speed to 65 km/h and top speed to 97 km/h, unusually brisk for the tonnage. Endo steel structure replaces the base model's standard framework, and the AC/10 in the right arm gives way to a lighter AC/5 in the same location. The LRM 10 in the left torso now works with an Artemis IV fire-control system and a targeting computer housed there, and CASE has been added to the right torso. The paired medium lasers in the center torso, one forward-facing and one rear-facing, carry over from the CN9-A. It is fielded as a field refit built at various sites rather than from a single manufacturer's line.
