Recognition Notes
The CN9-D3 is a 50-ton medium that fights at medium range, a 3052 rework of the 2801 CN9-A that trades brawling for skirmishing. In place of the AC/10 it carries an LB 10-X AC in the right arm, and an Artemis IV fire-control system in the left torso sharpens the LRM 10 also mounted there. A 300 XL fusion engine and Triple-Strength myomer lift cruising speed from 43 to 65 km/h, with a top speed of 97 km/h and a boosted cruising speed of 86 km/h under combat heat; endo steel structure and CASE in the right torso accompany the added reach. The paired medium lasers in the center torso, one rear-facing, carry over from the CN9-A. Corean Enterprises builds it at New Avalon, with Jalastar Aerospace producing it at Panpour as well.
