Assassin ASN-30

The Assassin ASN-30 is a 40-ton scout, a 3062 rework of the 2676 ASN-21 that trims its mixed-range armament down to two weapons. Where the ASN-21 carried a Medium Laser alongside an SRM 2 and an LRM 5, the ASN-30 mounts an ER Medium Laser in the right arm and an LB 5-X AC in the right torso. Endo steel internal structure replaces the base model's standard structure, and the engine shifts to a 280 light fusion unit paired with 10 double heat sinks in place of the ASN-21's 10 single sinks. Cruising speed holds at 76 km/h with a top speed near 119, and jump range stays at 210 metres. The type keeps its easily-serviced design and cramped cockpit, and Defiance Industries builds it at Furillo.
