Recognition Notes
The ASN-23 is a 40-ton striker, a 3050 rework of the 2676 ASN-21, cruising at 76 km/h and topping out at 119 with a 210-metre jump. Where the ASN-21 carried a Medium Laser in the right arm, this variant fields a Medium Pulse Laser there, and the Left Torso's SRM 2 is dropped entirely. The LRM 5 in the Right Torso carries over from the original, now tied into an Artemis IV fire-control system in the same location. It remains an easily-serviced design with a cramped cockpit, and Hellespont 'Mech Works builds it at Sian.
