Puma (Adder) J

The Puma (Adder) J is a 35-ton light configured for sniping, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97. Where the Prime configuration carries a pair of ER PPCs, one in each arm, this configuration mounts four AP Gauss Rifles in the left arm alongside a HAG/20 in the right arm, with a Flamer in the center torso. It carries 10 double heat sinks against the Prime configuration's 11, and forgoes the targeting computer found in the Prime's right torso. The chassis keeps its low, hard-to-target silhouette, and its ferro-fibrous armor is built over an endo steel structure and a 210 XL fusion engine. Assault Tech Industries produces the type, with additional lines at several other plants.
