Recognition notes

The Nightstar NSR-9SS is a 95-ton juggernaut that fights close in, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out near 54 — slow for its bulk — with a jump capability of 90 metres that the 2767 NSR-9J lacked entirely. Where the NSR-9J mounted a Gauss Rifle and medium pulse laser in each arm alongside an ER PPC in the right torso, this configuration replaces that reach with an Ultra AC/20 in the left arm and an LB 20-X AC in the right torso, and spreads medium pulse lasers across the left leg, right leg, and center torso. The small laser in the head carries over unchanged, and CASE now lines both the left torso and right torso. It remains a command 'Mech and a maintenance-intensive design, built by Norse-Storm Technologies Inc. at Solaris VII.
