Where the base NSR-9J paired each Gauss rifle with a Medium Pulse Laser, this refit fields a Large Pulse Laser in each arm and swaps the right torso's ER PPC for a third Large Pulse Laser. The head-mounted Small Laser is replaced by an ER Small Laser, and the mix of Inner Sphere and Clan components marks it as a mixed-tech conversion rather than the pure Inner Sphere original. Cruising speed holds at 32 km/h with a top speed of 54, and the type remains a command 'Mech known for demanding upkeep, assembled through field refit work at various sites rather than a dedicated production line.
