Marauder IIC 9

The Marauder IIC 9 is an 85-ton assault that fights at long range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out at 65, a 2831 rework of the 2828 original's brawling loadout. Where the base model paired each ER PPC with medium pulse lasers and scattered ER small lasers through the torsos, this variant strips those away, leaving a bare trio of ER PPCs in the left arm, right arm, and left torso. In their place it mounts a Streak SRM 4 in the right torso and another Streak SRM 4 in the center torso, and the heat-sink count rises from 21 to 22 double sinks. It remains a command 'Mech with hyper-extending arm actuators, and is built by Wolf Clan Site #2 at Strana Mechty, with Olivetti Weaponry also producing the type at Sudeten.
