Recognition notes
The KTO-19 (Omar) is a 55-ton skirmisher, a 3040 rework of the 2587 original that trades reach for punch. In place of the base model's LRM 5, the left arm now carries an ER PPC alongside its SRM 6 and a medium laser, while the right arm carries a single medium laser and the Narc launcher in the center torso is dropped entirely. An SRM 6 remains in the right torso, and eleven double heat sinks replace the original's ten single sinks. Cruising speed holds at 54 km/h with a top speed of 86, and the ferro-fibrous armor and rugged, field-serviceable frame carry over from the earlier model. General Dynamics builds the type at its Ozawa plant.
