Firefly C

The Firefly C is a 30-ton striker that fights close-in, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86 km/h with a 120-metre jump, matching the pace of the 2679 FFL-3A it derives from. This 2839 rebuild swaps the original's Small Lasers for ER Small Lasers across both arms, the left torso, and the center torso, and replaces its three Medium Lasers with Medium Pulse Lasers in the left torso, right torso, and center torso. The LRM 5 and TAG of the FFL-3A give way to a single SRM 2 in the right torso, with no CASE fitted. A standard fusion engine replaces the earlier XL fusion plant, endo steel internal structure replaces the standard structure, and standard armor covers the frame in place of ferro-fibrous plating. Both arms are minimal weapon-pod arms without hands. Strana Mechty MechWorks builds it at Strana Mechty in the Jaguar Enclave.
