Black Knight BLK-NT-5H

The BLK-NT-5H rebuilds the Black Knight as a 75-ton juggernaut, a 3138 rework of the 2578 BL-6-KNT brawler. Where the original mounted a single PPC, paired large lasers, and a scatter of medium lasers, this configuration replaces that battery with an ER PPC, an ER Large Laser, and an ER Small Laser in the left arm, a matching ER Large Laser and ER Small Laser in the right arm, and an ER Medium Laser with a Small Pulse Laser in each torso side. The 300-rated engine is now a light fusion unit rather than a standard one, holding the same 43 km/h cruising and 65 km/h top speed, while endo-composite structure and 17 Clan double heat sinks replace the endo steel frame and 20 single sinks of the BL-6-KNT. A medium shield rides the right arm in place of the earlier Beagle active probe, and an Inner Sphere targeting computer sits in the right torso. It is still built as a command 'Mech, and Kong Interstellar Corporation produces it at Connaught alongside Robinson Standard BattleWorks.
