Black Knight BLK-NT-4D

The Black Knight BLK-NT-4D is a 75-ton juggernaut, a 3127 rebuild of the 2578 BL-6-KNT original. Where the BL-6-KNT mounted a Medium Laser in the left arm and a PPC with a Medium Laser in the right, the 4D carries an ER PPC, a Plasma Rifle, and an ER Small Laser in the left arm, and a Plasma Rifle with an ER Small Laser in the right. In place of the Large Laser and Medium Laser in each torso, it fields an ER Medium Laser and a Small Pulse Laser in the left torso and the same pairing in the right, and the Small Laser mounted in the BL-6-KNT's head is gone. An Angel ECM suite replaces the Beagle active probe in the center torso, and a medium shield is fitted to the right arm. The endo-composite internal structure and 300 Inner Sphere XL fusion engine replace the BL-6-KNT's endo steel frame and standard fusion engine, and 18 Clan double heat sinks stand in place of the earlier 20 single sinks. Cruising speed holds at 43 km/h with a top speed near 65, and Robinson Standard BattleWorks builds the type at Robinson.
