Balius U

The Balius U is a 65-ton heavy fielded as a sniper. Where the Prime configuration mounts a second ER Large Laser in the right torso and four Medium Pulse Lasers across the torsos, this configuration carries a single ER Large Laser in the left torso alongside a pair of SRT 6 racks in each of the left and right torsos, with the Flamer in the head carried over. It runs with 10 double heat sinks against the Prime's 14, and carries underwater maneuvering units in the left torso, right torso, and center torso along with an ECM suite in the center torso, none of which appear on the Prime. The frame keeps its rugged, field-serviceable build, and the type is built by Manufacturing Site 3 with additional production at Transitional Facility HH-Beta.
