Recognition notes
The Balius B is a 65-ton heavy that fights at long range, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97. Where the Balius Prime carries a Medium Pulse Laser alongside each ER Large Laser in the left and right torso, this configuration swaps in a Heavy Small Laser at each of those same locations, and the rear-facing Medium Pulse Laser in the center torso gives way to a Large Pulse Laser. The Flamer in the head carries over unchanged, and the heat-sink count drops from 14 to 12 double heat sinks. It keeps the rugged, field-serviceable frame, and Manufacturing Site 3 builds it at New Oslo.
