Balius E

The Balius E is a 65-ton skirmisher, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97 on its 390 XL fusion engine. Where the Prime configuration mounts an ER Large Laser and a Medium Pulse Laser in each side torso, this configuration carries a Streak LRM 15 in the left torso and pairs an ER Large Pulse Laser with a Streak SRM 6 in the right torso. In place of the twin rear-facing Medium Pulse Lasers in the center torso, it fields a single rear-facing Improved Heavy Medium Laser, and the Flamer in the head carries over. The E runs with 10 double heat sinks against the Prime's 14, and shares the same ferro-fibrous armor over an endo steel structure and the same rugged, field-serviceable frame. Manufacturing Site 3 builds it, with production also carried out at Transitional Facility HH-Beta.
