The Von Luckner Heavy Tank VNL-K85N is a 75-ton tracked combat vehicle built as a juggernaut, cruising at 32 km/h with a top speed near 54. Its turret trades the VNL-K65N's Autocannon/20 for an LB 20-X AC, and the SRM 4 in the turret becomes an SRM 4 IOS alongside the two SRM 6 launchers and the Machine Gun that carry over from the earlier model. The rear-facing LRM 10 gives way to an MRM 10, and the Flamer still sits on the front hull. An XL engine replaces the Fusion plant, and Hardened armor replaces the Standard plate, on a hull still noted as a maintenance-intensive design. Sapphire Metals builds the type at Shimonita.
