The Vedette Medium Tank "Doris' Delight" is a 50-ton tracked combat vehicle refit for sniper work, replacing the base Vedette's ICE engine with an XL power plant and lifting cruising speed from 54 to 65 km/h, with a top speed near 97. The turret now carries a Gauss rifle in place of the Autocannon/5, and an ER medium laser sits on the front hull where the original mounted only a machine gun. Ferro-fibrous plate replaces the standard armor of the base model. As a field refit, it carries no fixed manufacturer, built up at various sites rather than a dedicated factory.
