Shockwave SKW-8X

The SKW-8X is a 50-ton brawler, a 3134 rework of the 3082 SKW-2F skirmisher, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86. Where the SKW-2F carried an ER large laser in the left torso, this variant fields a Thumper Cannon in the same location, and the right torso's Rotary AC/5 and LRM 10 give way to a single Ultra AC/10. The heat-sink count drops from 11 to 10 double sinks. Both arms still carry reinforced battle fists, and the design remains easily serviced. Earthwerks-FWL, Inc. builds it at Keystone.
