Recognition notes
The NX-90 is a 30-ton scout that recasts the NX-80 striker for close-in work, cruising at 108 km/h and topping out near 162. Where the NX-80 fought with paired ER medium lasers, an ER small laser, and a Beagle active probe alongside its SRM 6, this variant strips the laser armament and the probe entirely, leaving only the SRM 6 in the center torso. In their place it mounts a lance in each arm, giving it a physical-combat option the original lacked. It keeps the same low, hard-to-target silhouette and maintenance-intensive build, and Diplan 'MechYards produces it at Aix-la-Chapelle.
