Recognition Notes

The Nyx NX-80C is a 30-ton striker that fights close in, cruising at 108 km/h and topping out at 162. It carries the same twin ER medium lasers in the arms and the ER small laser in the left torso as the base NX-80 configuration, but where that configuration fields an SRM 6 in the center torso, this configuration mounts an SRM 4 in the same location. The chassis keeps its low, hard-to-target silhouette and remains a maintenance-intensive design to service. Diplan 'MechYards builds it at Aix-la-Chapelle.
