Recognition notes
The Locust IIC 3 is a 25-ton striker, a 2853 rework of the 2832 original built on the same 200 fusion engine and cruising at 86 km/h with a top speed near 130. Where the original carried an ER small laser in each arm, this configuration mounts a small pulse laser in the left arm and another in the right, and the center torso's medium pulse laser gives way to an ER large laser. It keeps the minimal, weapon-pod arms without hands and the low, hard-to-target silhouette of the earlier model, along with its easily-serviced design. Cudahy Assembly Plant Delta builds it at Circe.
