Kodiak 4

The Kodiak 4 is a 100-ton assault that fights at long range, unlike the 3001 Kodiak it derives from, which fought as a close-in brawler. The original packed four ER Medium Lasers into each arm and an ER Large Laser into the center torso, backed by twin Streak SRM 6 in the left torso and an Ultra AC/20 in the right torso. This variant cuts the ER Medium Laser count to two per arm and fits an LRM 20 into each arm, both linked to an Artemis IV fire-control system. The right torso carries an LB 20-X AC in place of the Ultra AC/20, and no weapon sits in the center torso. Cruising at 43 km/h and topping out at 65 km/h, it keeps the 400 XL fusion engine and the reinforced battle fists on both arms. Bergan Industries - Alshain Weapons builds it at Alshain.
