Recognition notes

The Hatamoto-Chi HTM-28T is an 80-ton assault that fights at long range, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out near 54, with a single jump carrying it 90 metres. An ER PPC and an ER Medium Laser sit in each arm, and a Streak SRM 6 sits in each torso for closer work when a target closes in. CASE lines both the left torso and right torso, and a C3 slave unit sits in the center torso. Seventeen double heat sinks handle the ER PPCs' output, and the design is noted as easily serviced. Independence Weaponry builds it at Quentin.
