The Hankyu (Arctic Cheetah) I is a 30-ton striker built for close-in fighting, cruising at 86 km/h and topping out near 130, with a jump range of 180 meters. Where the Prime configuration carries an ER Medium Laser and LRM 5 in each arm, this configuration fields an Improved Heavy Medium Laser in the left arm and a Plasma Cannon in the right. In place of the Prime's TAG and ECM suite in the left torso, it carries an SRM 4 and a Flamer, and where the Prime's right torso holds a Flamer and an active probe, this configuration mounts an SRM 4. Foster MechWorks Facility Beta builds it, alongside several other plants.
