Goshawk (Vapor Eagle) 2

The Goshawk (Vapor Eagle) 2 is a 55-ton skirmisher, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out at 97 km/h, with a jump range of 180 metres. Where the model 6 mounts three ER Medium Lasers in the right arm, this variant carries a single Medium Pulse Laser there, and a second Medium Pulse Laser sits in the right torso in place of one of the two Ultra AC/2 autocannons. The left torso's Ultra AC/2 gives way to an Ultra AC/10, and the heat-sink count is lower, at 10 double against the model 6's 11 double. The targeting computer remains mounted in the right torso. New Kent Armorworks builds the type at its New Kent (Celebes) plant, among other sites.
