Recognition Notes

The ALM-8D is a 20-ton scout that closes to short range, cruising at 119 km/h and topping out near 184. Where the 3053 ALM-7D carries a Streak SRM 2 in the left torso, this 3054 rebuild fits a pair of medium lasers in the same location, while a machine gun in the right torso carries over unchanged. It keeps the low, hard-to-target silhouette and enhanced communications gear of the original. Corean Enterprises builds it at New Avalon.
