Defiance DFN-3T

The Defiance DFN-3T is a 75-ton brawler, a 3074 refit of the 3057 DFN-3C, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65, with a boosted cruising speed of 65 km/h under combat heat. Where the DFN-3C carries an ER PPC in each arm, this configuration mounts a standard PPC in the left arm and another in the right, and the twin Medium Pulse Lasers and paired Small Lasers in the left torso give way to ER Medium Lasers and ER Small Lasers in the same location. The center torso carries a single SRM 6 in place of the original's paired launchers, while the LB 10-X AC in the right torso and the Machine Gun in the head carry over. A standard 300 light fusion engine replaces the 300 XL fusion engine of the DFN-3C. The type keeps its hyper-extending arm actuators and fixed searchlight, and is built by Defiance Industries at Furillo as well as through the Acturan Guard field refit program at various sites.
