Daedalus DAD-3D

The DAD-3D is a 45-ton medium striker, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97, with its Triple-Strength Myomer boosting cruising speed to 86 km/h under combat heat. Where the DAD-3C carried a Machine Gun and Large Pulse Laser in the arms alongside SRM 6 and SRM 4 racks and a Small Laser in the torsos, the DAD-3D swaps that battery for paired ER Medium Lasers in the left arm and center torso, a Large X-Pulse Laser in the right arm, and paired ER Small Lasers in the head. A targeting computer sits in the right torso, and the heat-sink count rises from 10 to 12 double sinks. It is noted as a maintenance-intensive design, built by Innovative Design Concepts at Solaris VII.
