Clint CLNT-6S

The CLNT-6S is a 40-ton medium that fights at long range, a 3069 rework of the 2607 CLNT-1-2R. In place of the AC/10 it carries an ER Large Laser in the right arm, and it adds an ER Medium Laser in the left torso and an ER Small Laser in the head, replacing the original's Medium Laser in the center torso. A lighter 280 light fusion engine and endo steel structure raise its cruising speed from 65 to 76 km/h, with a top speed near 119. Heavy ferro-fibrous armor replaces the base model's standard plating, and the heat-sink count rises from 10 single to 12 double. Like its predecessor it remains a maintenance-intensive design, and Defiance Industries builds it at Furillo.
