Caesar CES-5R

The CES-5R is a 70-ton brawler, a 3148 rework of the 3049 CES-3R, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. In place of the Medium Pulse Lasers it carries ER Medium Lasers in the left arm, right arm, left torso (rear-facing), and right torso (rear-facing), and the ER PPC in the right arm is replaced by a Snub-Nose PPC; the Gauss Rifle in the right torso carries over. Endo steel internal structure replaces the standard structure of the CES-3R, and hardened armor replaces the standard plating, while the heat-sink count of 10 double falls short of the earlier model's 16. CASE II in the right torso replaces the CASE of the CES-3R, and the hyper-extending arm actuators remain a recognition mark of the type. Johnston Industries builds it at New Syrtis.
