Caesar CES-4R

The CES-4R is a 70-ton skirmisher, a 3067 rebuild of the 3049 CES-3R brawler on the same 280 XL fusion engine. In the right arm, a Snub-Nose PPC stands in for the ER PPC, and the two Medium Pulse Lasers of the base model's torso mounts give way to ER Medium Lasers in the left and right torso, with a third ER Medium Laser now firing rearward from the center torso. Ferro-fibrous armor replaces the standard plating, and MASC in the left torso lets the CES-4R sprint to 86 km/h when engaged, well above its 65 km/h top speed. The Gauss Rifle in the right torso and CASE in that same location carry over, and the machine keeps its hyper-extending arm actuators; heat sinks drop from 16 to 13 double units.
